Weekly Rates
$3150/week
Rent the North Garden Theater for any seven consecutive days. You will have daily access to the space for up to 9 hours a day. (9 hours x 7 days = 63 hours).

Please Note: When used as a performance space, the North Garden Theater provides an intimate, theatrical setting. To protect our historic building's infrastructure and maintain neighborhood acoustic balances, our venue is optimized exclusively for scripted and musical theater, modern and classical dance, acoustic performances, and small musical ensembles (such as jazz combos or light acoustic acts). Our staging, audio-visual infrastructure, and local zoning are not configured to support—nor are they available to host—high-volume live music bands/performers (featuring heavy amplification or large drum kits), stand-up comedy shows, variety acts, adult themed entertainment, or high-risk performance elements (such as aerial or fire arts).
The North Garden Theater seats are movable, allowing the space to be set up in various arrangements according to the needs of the producer. The 24' wide x 8' deep stage is permanent. Four additional 6' x 8' platforms are available to augment the stage area. The floor plan pictured is an example.
Production Infrastructure:
Permanent 24' x 8' raised stage with a professional velvet backdrop, plus access to four additional 6' x 8' platforms for custom stage extensions. Customizable audience setup with up to 175 seats (depending on the layout) along with flexible options for seated, standing, and auxiliary tables.
Lights, Sound & Media:
Full access to our professional house and theatrical lighting grid, a concert-grade PA system (with initial technician consultation), microphones and our integrated 12-foot wide projection screen for seamless multimedia storytelling or digital backdrops.
Bar & Hospitality:
Features a historic, fully staffed in-house bar and concessions area providing five-star service for your audience. Our professional, certified hospitality team handles everything from local craft beverages to premium concessions, ensuring an award-winning guest experience during your performance runtimes.
Backstage Amenities:
Full access to our private dressing room, backstage cast prep areas, and a dedicated performer restroom. Includes a versatile rear catering kitchen that can fully support your food needs or easily convert into a secondary dressing and wardrobe space for larger ensembles.
