The North Garden Theater stage and seats are movable, allowing the space to be set up in various arrangements according to the needs of the producer. The stage is created from up to eight 6' x 8' (18" high) platforms. The setup pictured above uses 7 of the platforms. Seats (with or without tables) can be used to set up an audience.
The North Garden Theater does not rent our space out for rehearsals except for rehearsals within a weekly rental period. Daily rentals require one performance where the bar is in operation. Weekly rentals require three performances where the bar is in operation.
NORTH GARDEN THEATER RENTAL RATES FOR PERFORMANCES
North Garden Theater performance rentals include the following:

Use of lobby, audience/stage area, audience bathrooms, dressing room, and access to backstage bathroom.

Seats (up to 150, additional chairs may be rented) and stage in standard set up.

NGT lights, sound, and media capabilities

NGT Technician Consultation (weekly and daily rentals)

Staffed bar and concessions sales during performances

Website, social media, and limited local promotion when available.

WEEKLY PERFORMANCE RENTAL RATES
$3150. Rent the North Garden Theater for any seven consecutive days. You will have daily access to the space for up to 9 hours a day. (9 hours x 7 days = 63 hours).

PERFORMANCE RENTAL RATES
$700 (M-Th) / $1000 (Fri-Sun). Rent the North Garden Theater for one day. Weekday rates are Monday through Thursday. Weekend rates are Friday through Sunday.

A "Day" consists of up to 8 hours and must end by midnight.

"Day of" promotion on our marquee for $30 (one side) or $50 (both sides)

$150/hour (M-Th) / $225/hour (Fri-Sun). Rent the North Garden Theater by the hour.
