At the North Garden Theater—proudly chosen as "Best of Weddings - Hall of Fame" by The Knot—we’ve refined the ceremony and reception into a streamlined, four-hour celebration where the focus remains exactly where it belongs: on you. We’ve handled the atmosphere, the logistics, and the professional service, providing a beautifully curated framework that is fully set for your arrival. From your names glowing on our iconic marquee to the last celebratory toast, we manage the physical execution of your day so you don't have to. We’ve set the stage and handled the details so you can start your forever with a celebration that is as effortless as it is unforgettable!

What's Included in our Minnesota Minne-Wedding?

4 HOURS IN OUR EVENT SPACE

With a warehouse chic vibe, 17' ceilings, and beautiful chandeliers, our main hall is elegantly designed to provide a versatile and accommodating backdrop that makes an immediate impression.

MUSIC & MICROPHONES

Curate the soundtrack of your wedding via Spotify and help set the mood that's uniquely you! Plus speakers and microphones for those important toasts and announcements. â€‹â€‹

UPLIGHTING PACKAGE

Up-lighting is simply magical! Choose a color or a combination of colors that will match your wedding's theme. Full RGB customization available.

PHOTO BOOTH BACKDROP

Capture those memories in front of one of our in-house backdrops (black, gold, red, or purple) or provide your own backdrop for our (up to) 10' x 10' frame.

CURATED DECOR PACKAGE

Choose from one of several creatively curated collections of decor including faux flower arrangements, tablecloths, runners, candles, accents and more - setup and waiting for you to arrive.

BAR & BARTENDERS

Our in-house bar will be staffed appropriately and setup to serve a tasty variety of beer, wine, cocktails, and soft drinks. Choose a hosted or cash bar. 

MEDIA / PROJECTIONS

Enjoy a crisp,15 foot wide projection for slide shows, presentations, and movies. Choose and project a meaningful image for the backdrop of your ceremony!​​

 

RAISED STAGE

Our stage is perfect for cermonies. The stage is 24' wide by 8' deep, by 18" high and features a black velvet curtain backdrop and ruffled masking.

THEATRICAL POSTER BOXES

Another fun way to personalize the space! Create 2' wide by 3' tall posters that can fill our theatrical poster boxes to the left and right of our main entrance.

GET READY ROOMS

Our main dressing room is backstage and features ample counter space, mirrors, and comfy soft touches. Our second room is upstairs and looks out over West 7th. Both rooms are secured after initial use.

THEATRICAL LIGHTING

Chandeliers, sconces, cafe lights, and theatrical fixtures are all a part of our customized pre-set decor packages. Lighting is a big deal at the NGT.

CHARCUTERIE TABLE

Your guests will enjoy grazing at our beautiful charcuterie tables. Enjoy a seasonal mix of fruits, veggies, meats, cheeses, dips, breads, sweets, cakes, hors d'oeuvres and more. â€‹

WEDDING CAKE

From heavenly white almond cake to moist and delicious chocolate cake, we have the best solutions for your wedding from our partners at Lunds / Byerly's.

MARQUEE MESSAGE

Add your personalized message on our lighted marquee! The perfect way to make a fun impression on your guests. Makes for an incredible photo opportunity!

While we provide the essential framework, there are a few personal elements you will need to arrange independently:

  • Professional Services: Your chosen ceremony officiant and photographer/videographer.

  • Beverage Costs: While bar staff and the toast are included, the cost of additional beverages (alcohol/soda) is separate. A 15% minimum service fee applies to the final bar tab.

  • Personal Details: Wearable florals (bouquets/boutonnieres), physical invitations, and wedding party attire.

  • Coordination: External wedding planning or day-of coordination beyond venue management.

A Note on Personalization: The Minne-Wedding is designed as a comprehensive, fixed-feature experience. If a specific service or item is not explicitly listed in our "What’s Included" section, it is likely not part of the standard $5,000 package.
