Because our versatile event space is one magnificent, historic room, your guests get to experience the entire day—from your "I dos" to the final dance—without ever having to shuffle between separate spaces.

Best of all? We take care of the heavy lifting. When you or your vendors arrive, your custom floor plan is already completely set up. The tables, chairs, tablecloths, and any venue-provided decor elements will be in place and waiting for you, so you can focus entirely on the finishing personal touches.

To help you maximize your time, we’re breaking down exactly how our two most popular 9-hour options work for a seamless ceremony, dinner, and dancing lineup.

Option A: The All-In-One 9-Hour Package

Best for: Couples who want their entire wedding experience contained to one calendar day, or those working with full-service vendors who handle quick setups.

With this package, your 9 hours encompass everything from the moment your first vendor steps through the door to the moment the last box is packed. Here is a realistic, stress-free way to map out a standard 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM block:

The Timeline Breakdown

• 3:00 PM | Vendor Arrival & Finishing Touches: The doors open! Because our team already has your tables, chairs, and linens perfectly set up according to your floor plan, your caterer, florist, and wedding party can walk right in and immediately start setting out centerpieces and personal decor. While they finish the look, you can head up to the Dressing Room for those final outfit adjustments.

• 4:30 PM | Guest Arrival: Welcome to the theater! Guests enter straight into the main room, where background music is playing, the bar is ready, and they can take in the beautiful atmosphere before finding their seats.

• 5:00 PM | The Ceremony: The main event begins! You'll take center stage for your vows, giving everyone in the room a perfect view.

• 5:30 PM | Cocktail Hour & Transitioning the Space: You're officially married! While your guests mingle and head to the bar, your crew or coordinators will do a quick, seamless transition of the floor to shift chairs or set up any remaining dinner details.

• 6:30 PM | Grand Entrance & Dinner: Time to eat and celebrate right in the heart of the hall.

• 8:00 PM | Toasts, Dessert & Special Dances: As dinner winds down, transition right into your speeches, cake cutting or dessert bar, and those traditional first dances on the floor while everyone is comfortably seated.

• 8:30 PM | Open Dance Floor: Our house sound system kicks into high gear as your DJ (or playlist) takes over the room and invites everyone to join you on the floor.

• 10:30 PM | Last Call: The bar hits its 5-hour mark and wraps up service. This gives your guests a chance to grab one last drink before the final half hour on the dance floor.

• 11:00 PM | Last Song & Guest Departure: The music ends right at 11:00 PM. Guests head out for the night.

• 11:00 PM – 12:00 AM | One-Hour Clean-Up: You have a full, relaxed hour for you, your vendors, and your designated crew to pack up personal decor, boxes, and gifts, ensuring everyone clears the space comfortably by midnight.

This option splits your 9 hours into two parts: 1.5 hours the evening before for setup and rehearsal, leaving you with a streamlined 7.5 hours on the wedding day.

The Day Before (1.5 Hours)

• 5:00 PM – 6:30 PM | The Head Start: Walk into a fully set room! With the tables, chairs, and tablecloths already arranged by our staff, you can spend this 1.5-hour window easily placing your personal centerpieces, plugging your media into our HDMI system to test it on the big screen, and running through your ceremony processional up on the stage. Then, go enjoy your rehearsal dinner stress-free!

The Wedding Day (7.5 Hours)

• 4:30 PM | Arrival & Quick Touch-Ups: Because the main room is completely decorated and ready to go from the night before, you only need 30 minutes for final vendor drop-offs (like your cake or flowers) and a quick touch-up in the dressing room.

• 5:00 PM | Guest Arrival: Doors open and guests stream into the room.

• 5:15 PM | Ceremony Begins: A prompt start to your gorgeous stage ceremony.

• 5:45 PM | Cocktail Hour: The bar opens while the room transitions into party mode.

• 6:45 PM | Dinner is Served: Transition into a relaxed dinner in the center of the space.
